Congrats to Tyler Madlom who signed to play at West Point for Coach Ross. Ceremonies were held at Ryle yesterday.

I am very happy For Mr Madlom.

 

He makes all of us proud at Ryle by making a huge 9 year commitment

to our country. I wish nothing but the best for him in the future.

 

So those of us in the stands and in the community the best of luck. :banana:

I would like to congratulate Tyler as well. I had the pleasure of meeting him on a recruiting visit with my son. Looks like a really solid player and a very nice young man as well. Good luck at West Point!!!!

An honor and a privilege -- enjoy yourself and soak up the tradition. Look forward to watching you v. Navy in November every year.

Two items on my 'sports wish list' are:

 

1. Army-Navy game

2. See a game at West Point.

 

Heck, this fine young man gets to knock those two off right away.

 

I'll root for him to do well in every game as long as it doesnt' lead to a victory over my new-favorite academy Air Force.
