Any thoughts on this match up

Don't know much about Highlands but North Oldham is better than their record shows. They have played a really tough schedule and should make a nice run down the stretch. They are going to have to get it going soon and I think the Highlands game might be a good point to start their roll!

Stick. HHS is senior laden team. Jeff Vories is the main scoring threat, as he goes HHS goes and hes been going great all year. Guidugli and center Tanner Johnson provide the inside muscle. Nick Simpson (soph) is a very skilled guard. HHS plays very tenacious defense all 4 quarters. If NO has a big dominating post player like Lafayette then that would be an advantage. Other than that if NO doesn't "get it going" against HHS, it will be along night for them. Whats the scoop on North Oldham?

You guys will "love" the North 'middle school' gym...only 4 home games all year..you'll find out why...They are a very underated team...great guard play!

Whats the story on the gym? Is it a bandbox?

It's a crackerbox! That is another thing that has been tough on North. They hardly ever get a home game. You had better get there early I'd say.

Underrated or not, do you honestly think that they can beat the Birds?

Yes I think they can beat the Birds. FT will hurt them inside but NO has great guard play!

keep your eye on number 11 for the Birds and remember the name Mr. Simpson... then lets talk about guards....

Stop the 3s for NO and you win. Their gym is a joke.

Dixie beat North Oldham in the Toyota Classic, and since Highlands beat Dixie by close to 20 in their matchup, you would have to think the Birds would be favored big here. Highlands by 15-20.
