Agree that process is a bit slow. If interviews are ongoing, hopefully they can use dead period to finish interviews and have someone in place for summer open gyms.

There is also a dangerous perception for whoever the new coach is. IF Ryle ends up hiring someone who is still out there because they are not a hot commodity, then the parents, players, and fans need to be supportive and not critical. I hope they find someone soon. But there are no big names out there that I can think of, maybe Ray Kues or Brian Colburn. Either way, when someone is hired, do not criticize them for being selected. IT is not their fault that the process took so long.
