What do u think Walter?? Will the travelers be able to compete in the EYBL. Even with the talent on the 17u team I feel its gonna be hard for them to make the peach jam. You get better by competing against the best so it will only benefit the kids going against the top talent in the nation. They will get maximum exposure and I wish the travelers the best. I will be posting the Louisville magic 16u schedule in the next day or two.

I don't know if they will make the Peach Jam or not, but one thing is for sure. They are absolutely loaded and going to battle with some of the best KY has to offer. Got my first look at them yesterday....WOW is all I can say when seeing the collection of talent on the same court together.

6'1 Marcus Stroman #65 in 2014 and 6'7 Elijah Staley #97 in 2014 also plays for Southern Stampede.....talk about a loaded roster. Starting 5 consists of 5 of the top 65 players in the country for 2014, 6 top 100 kids.

What can you say about Spalding?

Excited to see how the KY players do against this type of talent. Great opportunity for these kids to really make a name for themselves.

Very excited to see how he progresses. He has NBA length at 6'8 and still growing. You can just watch him and tell he has a TON of potential that has yet to be tapped.

He had two steals and monster one hand dunks in transition yesterday and had a HUGE block on Bolden driving to the rim in transition. If he adds weight and starts to play with an attirude, he will be tough to handle. Could have the highest ceiling of any kid in the 2015 class...I think he could be that good. Solid around the rim, but needs some work with his mid range jumper. Good form, but you can tell he isn't comfortable taking the shot. I'm still trying to figure out how/why he didn't play more for Trinity?!? When he plays with confidence, kid is the best player on the court because his length allows him to do so much.

He kind of looks like Anthony Davis in the face. Cut his hair and they are dead on, IMO.

I'm really close with the family, and that's what we often talk about more than anything else. Aggressiveness is what I'm referring to.

He seems like he is still learning the game and developing in to his body. Once that light goes on, this kid could dominate at the high school level and have a very bright future at the collegiate level.

His passing is also underrated at the ft line against a zone defense.

I've been hearing good things about the spalding kid. Why didn't he play a lot for Trinity during the season?? Once the light goes on the word is this kid will really take his game to the next level.

I'm guessing 5 wins in the spring and missing the Pach Jam...
