SK and Grant County played even for about 4 minutes , then SK started turning over the Lady Braves. Billie Hearn was in foul trouble and never really got into the game. Christina Cook was the tournament mvp.

I'd rather lose by thirty than not be there. With a good draw GC could win a game in the regional tournament. Several teams don't have practice tomorrow but the LAdy Braves do.

Great job to the Lady Pioneers tonight! Congrats to Christina Cook for tourney MVP, Paige Bosse and Abby Owings for all District Team. Bosse had 16 rebounds against Billie Hearns and the Braves and Cook and Owings light it up all over the hardwood. Final shout out to Coach Stowers and Coach Olmstead for their preparation for the 8th Region teams! Undefeated for the season vs. 8th!

SK's Coach Dubbs prepared the JV well this year also with their undefeated season and the Northern Lentucky Regional Champs! Girls played a lot of varsity minutes too!

Congrats Ladies!

Congrats to the Lady Pioneers! Completely dominated the Braves. If SK gets a good draw, it could be them and Anderson in the regional finals. Good luck to both teams.

Congrats to the players and Coach Stowers and his staff. Good luck in your run for the 8th Region title.

Congrats to the SK-ers on their win, and let me be one of the early folks to say that the Lady Pioneers are in a good position to upset the favorite Anderson Co. Lady Bearcats in the 8th region tourney. They appear to be hot, healthy and on a roll of good fortune at the right time - but so is Anderson. It should be a good tourney.

Can't wait to see SK vs. Anderson. I just hope it's in the final. I like SK in a close one. I don't see any others that are as strong as these two.

I have seen both teams play this year. Would give the edge to Anderson but you never know. Good luck to Coach Stowers.

.

Agree did dominate, hope we don't verse them, but there could have been a different outcome from the looks of it grant county's bench seemed to have wanted it more than the starters.
