56th District: Lee County @ Estill County February 19th

8 PM from Estill County High School....Lee/Estill girls will play at 6 PM.

 

 

Teams split the regular season. Estill won in Beattyville 71-66...Lee County won in Irvine 78-75 in Triple OT...This one is gonna be a dandy or at least it should be.....For Estill to win, Morris is gonna have to show up....He didn't show up last time these teams played and had 6 points but he's been playing some good ball as of late...38 against Buckhorn, 23 vs. Harrison and Madison Southern and whatever he had against Model...Estill is hard to beat at home, I'll take the Engineers 60-56

Powell does a fantastic job at airing the games and yes I will be keeping the updates on Monday and for the girls championship.

I know the Estill players wanted this game, they wanted another shot at Lee....So we'll see how it works out...

All the 56th district games have been extremely close this season, and this tournament game will be no different. I say Estill by 2. A little advantage by playing on their home court.
