Final.

I saw SK last night and knew this would be a tight one. Two good teams.

Very good game by both teams and you can listen to the archive of it on CovCath Internet Radio. Use the link below

Anyone know who SK will play next?

Holmes.

Did sophomore Pracht not play in this one for SK?

Looks like quite a game for Mullins. That kid is turning into a nice young player for SK.

Racke played JV? I thought it was a made decision that he would only play freshman.

As I said a few weeks ago, him and two others were brought up and are playing both.

He played JV last nite against Owen.

So, I saw Pracht sitting on the bench with varsity last week. Is he not playing JV? Or, did he just not do anything tonight?

Note: He was on the floor playing but really not that long.

Theoldguy up on his soapbox

Honestly I am against any grade school kid playing anything more than Freshmen ball and that is only if the HS team needs players to fill out their lineup. The largest HS in NKy doesn't need grade school children to fill out their roster!

I think High School sports should be for High School kids and I honestly don't care if the kid is going to be the next Michael Jordan.

I also think the KHSAA should follow the Ohio and a lot of other HSAA rules in only allowing a player to play only five to six quarters of basketball a night. Allowing youngsters to play eight and sometimes as many as twelve quarters of Basketball a night is a joke, and I personally believe that our joke of Legislators should spend more time in running our Commonwealth business than telling the KHSAA how to run High School sports!

12 qtrs in one night? I've never witnessed that one.

Is there a rule against it? No! So I am sure that it has happened somewhere in the Commonwealth in the name of winning a game!

BTW this isn't a statement on young Mr. Racke at all, as if you have read any of my post over the years, I have been against this for years!

I heard he (Mullins) has a great work ethic while being a scholar.
