Montgomery County 67 Dixie Heights 52

Featured Replies

Montgomery County was led by Omar Prewitt with 28 points and 15 rebounds. Bryan Wallace added 14 and Darius Jones had 12. Tyler Jones dished out 8 assists.

Hatton led Dixie Heights with 21 points.

Love all the rebounds Omar is getting. His points usually come, but the rebounds is what is impressing me. Keep me the hard work Omar!!!!!!!

Omar reminded me of a "Kyle Wiltjer Lite." I don't think MC is as good as the better teams in NKY. I believe Bishop Brossart will be too much for them. Especially if they use Dixie's blueprint on defense (for the first 3 quarters at least). Their 2-3 zone was very effective and frustrated MC, especially Omar. Wherever Omar went the guy whose area he was in played him soft M2M and the rest of the zone sagged to prevent the guards from driving. A team like Brossart, who take care of the ball and have better size should match up very well with MC.

I think he is number 43.

Correction. 35.

I assume he is the big kid? 45? If so, game got too fast for him. He is, however, a big strong kid.....assuming we are talking about the same kid. Dixie's guards have to improve if they are going to make a deep run in the playoffs but not sure how much pressure they have to handle in the 9th.

You are probably thinking of Milligan.
