The drawing was held a few weeks ago. Heritage should have been in then, Right?

Actually the drawing was held several weeks ago. The real problem is that Heritage never attends coach's meetings. That is in any sport, not just girls basketball. Come to the meetings Coach and you know what's going on. This isn't the first time Heritage has thrown a monkey wrench in the works because they weren't present for an important coach's meeting.

It's more complicated than a coaches meeting. There is a contract with the state all a and a fee. Then, your region rep needs to know to put you in the draw.

The 10th Region meets in April and sets up and draws every sport for the All "A" Touchstone Energy Tournaments. We pick site for golf and draw then for the next year's volleyball, boys basketball, girls basketball, softball, baseball, and this year we will add girl's and boy's soccer. It helps so that when you are ready to schedule it is all available to you. Basketball will try a new format next year with the boys and girls regional the same week at the same site. It also gives you a chance ot correct any issues or make changes monthes in advance. Just a thought!

Absolutely correct. But if you make a habit of showing up for the two of three meetings A YEAR, you are informed, aware and involved.

We are in ALL A Softball for 2013. I was at the meeting.
