Racist Obama Statue in Kentucky

Of course it is no big deal to hang Santa to you because you know he isn't real, and I'm glad you know that and don't have the mind of a little kid who doesn't understand.

Funny you should say that. It was my little kid who pointed out this story to me and made sure I knew about it.

All I know is when watermelon is in season, I eat 2 a week. I grew up in Mississippi and nothing made those hot summer days more bearable than watermelon and snow cones!

Does anyone know where the stereotypes of racism with food began?

No clue. I just know that blacks eat chicken and watermelon.

So you're saying that I should start calling myself Randizzy?

The POTUS is just a person like you and I. He is no more special than the homeless guy in NY. Him being made fun of is no different than what others say about our so called leaders.

What about Obama saying the WHITE cop acted stupidly when he arrested a black man, or when Bill Maher called the Palins all kind of names.

I wouldn't praise a racist sign about George Bush. And it's not just a black guy. It's an overtly racist sign about the POTUS. Racist statues of black guys are on the porches of many Kentucky homes in the form of those lawn jockeys. That's not news. Racist statues about the POTUS in our backyards are newsworthy.

The First Amendment was specifically designed for citizens to insult politicians.

Quote from big time Liberal Bill Maher

I like Reezy better. :D

White people eat chicken and watermelon too, as a matter of fact it is about all we eat in the summer.

1. Those secret service fellas that follow him everywhere he goes tells me he is a little more different than the rest of us.

2. Obama was wrong when he talked about the cop and unlike our statue maker in Hustonville Obama admitted he was wrong and tried to make peace between them.

Bill Maher has nothing to do with this. He exercised his right to be an idiot just like Mr. Hustonville did.

PP, I would trust you running our country more than who is now. All the SS means is he has more money and power, he is no different than you and even though I have never met you, I am willing to say you are a 100% better man than he is.

If a black guy put my ugly face on a mannequin with cracker wrote on my forehead I would laugh and think nothing of it. This stuff doesn't bother me more than some idiot white guy burning a black church or killing a black guy based on skin color. And vice versa. I think blacks take these things too personal at times. But I will never understand because I am not black.

Very true. It's hard for some white people to understand the mindset of black people.

For what it's worth I hate when blacks are racist towards whites just as much. And thanks for your kind words. I'd feel better if I didn't know how much you hated Obama.

Your welcome.

I don't hate Obama, I think he is a very good husband, dad, and has a sense of humor, and likes sports.

I do feel he is not a good leader and isn't qualified to be President and I don't like many of his policies. I think he thinks his way is the only way and our country is in very bad shape due to his economic policy.

Hate Obama, no, but I do hate dUKe.
