addout Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Congrats to Morgan Co. on an easy district win! Now tomorrow you guys can show everyone what you can do against the Lions of Boyd County! How about Morgan County 70 and Boyd County 61.
Play 2 Win Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Morgan County continues to roll. That's a nice win against a scrappy East Carter Team. Nerf, There is a distinct format in posting scores that the moderators make quite clear they want us to follow. At the top of the page there is a page that explains it. but thanks for the info.
Play 2 Win Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Well, there used to be. Anyway, the format is pretty easy to figure out. Follow the lead of everyone else. :thumb:
MilburnDrysdale Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Congrats cougars! Y'all looked good on Sports Overtime!
Nets Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Cougars lead by double figures from half time on....stretching it out to 58-42 until the last minute or so of the game and East Carter scored 6 points in bang-bang fashion. Young pups for Morgan could have taken care of the basketball late, but the young group for Morgan County is really playing much better and hats off to them. D-Rock Young had 11 points and Morgan's half court defense in the first half was about as gritty and tough as I've seen. What I like about East Carter is their discipline, ball handling, and the ability to execute Head Coach Brandon Bakers philosophies. Coach Baker has done a nice job with this scrappy bunch. They play hard. Blake McCowan had 19pts, 10 bounds, and 6 assists. Katlin Haney had 6 assists and really played an excellent floor game handling the basketball and defensively. He's a real brute.
Moecephus Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 Does anyone tape the Morgan games? Are they available to the public? Is there a good web site for postgame stats? Can we follow District/Region/State tourneyment games delayed, realtime online? Thanks.
