Christmas Vacation is a great movie. Would have went good with my Fudge Rounds and milk.

My Father-in-law loves A Christmas Story though. He watches it all day on Christmas and actually got into a pretty big fight with his brother over how many times he watched it and how he watches it every year. It was a big mess on Christmas but was pretty funny at the same time.

 

I like Christmas Vacation a lot. But it's no Christmas Story. :lol:

I'm up still. I'm still in that mode from when I was studying for my Pharmacy Finals all last week so I can't seem to fall asleep now at this time of night :lol:. My plan for right now it to put in the movie "Rounders", make some buttered popcorn and pop open a Diet Coke or two and just chill for the rest of the night. Oh and get on BGP!

Just a bit over two hours. Wrapped about fifteen gifts & two or three of them were pretty big.

 

Still have to buy for two nieces & a younger sister. Then I have to finish my wife's stuff.

 

I bought for my Dad, brother-in-law & nephew not long ago. Took about an hour-and-a-half to get them finished. It has taken the better part of December to get stuff for the females in my family. :cry:

 

Eeeek. I'm with SV and the online shopping stuff. Wife kidnapped me and made me go to the mall last weekend. Man that sucked. :irked: Went in about 1023232 stores and she got 2 things. By the end of the tip I was sitting in the middle in one of those chair things with 3 old guys.

I'm done with shopping this year. With the new baby I hate to buy her a lot of gifts with her just being 5 months old but it's hard not to spoil her.

 

We went through that too. My daughter was six-months-old her first Christmas. I think we spent about $100 on her. It's funny...I still have the receipt from the gifts we purchased for her that year.

 

At that age, they're more enthralled with the paper, bows & boxes than they are the gifts. :lol:

Bit a good news for me this week. I passed my Life and Health insurance state exams for work. Glad to get that out of the way.

My sleeping schedule has been screwed up for about two months now. I'm a certified night owl, but this not being able to go to sleep until 2:30 is killing me.

Even when I have to get up at 7 for work I still struggle to get to bed before 1. I just have to accept the fact that I'm a night owl as well.

What time were you all in Florence today? I was there doing some shopping in the afternoon but didn't feel like there was much traffic or it was busy. Seemed like par for the course for the most part.

I tried talking her into going to the Fayette Mall last weekend but that didn't work out. I like sitting in those chairs but I don't see how those people just go to sleep in them. Don't think I could.

What are they building on Houston Road in front of Wal-Mart? Any of you Northern Kentuckians know?
