I was very impressed by Johnson. I was equally impressed by the Boyle County fans behind the basket:

I tried to watch this on ihigh but I had a shoddy feed. Pulaski was up as much as 36-18 at one point.

Pulaski is slowly beginning to play better. I'd like to see more scoring from Gover and Goins though. All three of them should be scoring at least 15 a game. Definitely a good win for Pulaski to build on.

Boyle has to get more from Miniard. His efficiency and his play will ultimately be what separates Boyle from the upper tier teams and the rest of the pack. I wish my feed would have been better. I have yet to see Boyle play and the feed for the Knox/Boyle game sucked also. I'll see Boyle soon once I get stateside. Keep plugging along, Rebels!!!

Johnson has the tools and the ability to be the best player in the region. He sometimes stops himself from claiming that spot.

PP92, here's what has to be causing Steve to pull his hair out tonight. The Rebels had numerous turnovers on simple passes. There had to be 10+ times that they turned it over trying to make the simple pass from the top of the key to the wing or from the wing to the block. They could've kept it close without so many errors.

Tonight was first time I've watched him. He was dialed in tonight. At times, it looked like Boyle had no answer for him.

He's a lot of fun to watch when he is dialed in.

I think Jones is more of a shooting guard than a point guard even though he has been a point guard most of his life and I don't think there is a "true point guard" on the team at the varsity level yet. I think that makes a difference in Coach Adams' offense. His better teams had Bodner and Satterly running the point and that made for smoother play on offense. Not knocking Jones at all because he is certainly capable of getting the job done I just know that this team has a lot of shooters on it and not many ball handlers. I still like where Boyle is at right now. It's good to see these are correctable mistakes going forward. I expect this team to be one of Coach Adams' best teams as well. This team just needs to focus all 32 minutes. They aren't good enough to beat most teams with just 24 minutes of good basketball.
