Amazon Shipping Question.

Featured Replies

I ordered something from Amazon on Dec 3, it was supposed to deliver on Dec 10. Its now Dec 13 and still no package.

Whats the best route to go to find out where the package is. My Account shows the package was in transit in Indianapolis on Dec 7 and nothing since.

I'd call Amazon customer service.

If you have the shipping number I'd also call the shipper (UPS?) and ask where it is.

Make sure to scope out the nearest handicapped parking spots first.

Yes get in touch with customer service. If they sent you a confirmation by email there is a place where you can click shipping & delivery and customer service.

Fed Ex Shipment

Log on to fedex.com and enter your shipping number. It will give you the latest. If you don't get a good answer from that place a call.

Amazon Customer Services says its a FED Ex issue, not an Amazon issue and that I have to deal with them.

Better get Fedex on the phone. I've had to previously.

I didn't have a problem other than it just seemed strange to me that a package I ordered from Amazon.com went from Hebron, Ky to Indy (via FedEx), then from Indy, it was sent to me via the USPS (snail mail) back to Florance, Ky at my work address, which isn't that far from either the Amazon warehouse and or the FedEx distribution center!

My guess, if your package if a small one and or isn't that heavy, it went to Indy, then to you via the USPS and that is where the delay is at!

Fed Ex says they have no idea where it is. But they are going to research more and contact me by 4pm. Considering I need this package for our Tournament Saturday, im fairly P O E D right now.

I would file a complaint.

Amazon offered to ship me another one, but when I told them I had to have it by Friday they said, we cant do that, it wont leave our warehouse by then, they instead offered to refund me the money. Which they did. I got lucky and was able to find what I ordered at a store in the area. Had to pay $30.00 more for it, but oh well.
