I'd probably swap Bourbon Co and Tilghman..Other than that, looks pretty good.. You could still make a case for Morgan Co or Bath Co ahead of Corbin.. Bath just played Bourbon to a 1 point game last week, which tells me they're pretty good. Morgan played competitively with Breathitt, but, don't really have any signature wins..I'd probably go Bath Co at #10..

Best they have looked all year. Corbin is a questionable entry at #10, but by comparison the options to replace them all would have some controversey as well:

Bath County- Has the record, a win over Garrard County, and played Bourbon to the wire..but otherwise have not defeated anyone and have a bad loss to Fleming County

Larue County- Played a difficult schedule and pushed Central to their boundaries, but bad record and no quality wins.

I think you could make a credible case at #10 for Corbin, Bath, and Larue, along with maybe Garrard, Pike Central, Russell, and perhaps others. There is a collection of teams from 10-15 that aren't bad and can likely beat some of the top 10 teams, but at the same time don't have the quality wins to be considered.

I was looking at all of those schools schedules, and the best "quality" wins of the bunch belong to Garrard and Larue Counties. Garrard beat a 5A, 7-3 Madison Southern team and Larue beat a 4A, 7-3 Spencer County. Madison Southern and Spencer County are both in the extremely tough 4A and 5A classes. I'm not sure what defines "quality" here, but those wins would be the closest.

I'm like you, though, for whatever it's worth, there seem to be 5-6 schools that could be put in that #10 spot. If they all played each other 10 times, they'd all probably finish 5-5 vs. the other.

One school that could also been thrown into that group is South Warren. They are 7-3 in only their 2nd year of varsity play. Even though they took it on the chin pretty good against Monroe County, they played a very underrated Warren East team closer than anybody all season (East won 14-10 on a neutral field). They also had a nice win over 7-3 Russellville (SW won 20-0). Russellville gave Mafield all they wanted for a good part of the game just a couple weeks ago.

Garrard's burden is their loss to Bath County. Bath has a decent team, but Garrard missed an extra point, a short field goal, and had too many penalties. It was just a bad performance. Take away that loss and a second loss to rival Lincoln County by 1 point, a game in which Garrard seemed to wilt down the stretch on offense, and Garrard's record is much shinier.

Of course any team can talk about games they should have or could have won. And while Garrard probably should have won those, in my opinion those games really helped push Garrard County to make some big in-season improvements. By doing that I think Garrard has a club now that while maybe not in the top 10, has the abilitiy to push almost anyone in the top 10 to a pretty good game.
