I would think that something this serious would have been brought to her attention, if not, then someone else's head should roll. She is the one in charge and should have made it known this type of situation should be reported to her immediately. If that was not the case, she was not up to the job and should have never had it in the first place. But secretary like President, not up for the job.

I agree, to a point, but these issues and requests come up all of the time, they are checked and some are thought to be serious threats and the requests are granted.

- We helped overthrow the former leader of this country. And those loyal to him still live in the country.

- We killed a terror leader from this country only weeks before the 9/11 attack.

- There were over 200 security incidents in this country over the last few months.

- The British Ambassador was attacked recently.

- There are repeated memos asking to keep an existing security detail and to improve security.

 

But Libya security just got lost in the pile with all the other needs of the State Department? Come on.

And if she did, wouldn't this be a weapon to be used against her? Not that being a woman isn't enough of a weapon. Otherwise, how did Barack Obama defeat her in 2008? I've always thought that in that case it was ethnicity trumping gender.

I believe Clinton has a lot of responsibility for the deaths of our people, as this is part of her job. She should have made sure Obama and everyone else knew the situation and what to do to protect our people. For her failure to inform everyone and/or push hard to protect our people she should resign. As for Obama, he has no honor and would never take responsibility for anything that goes wrong.

 

I was no Jimmy Carter fan, but the man had honor and manned up when it was time. In particular, when the raid to recuse our people in Iran went haywire, he accepted all responsibility for its failure. While I disagree with him politically to this day, he has by respect for being willing to act like a true leader.

She looks awful, I mean she would have a hard time picking up a man in a bar with the way she looks now. Imagine the makeup is gone at night too when she doesnt have to be seen. A man would have to have a Fifth of Wild Turkey 101 to even consider it.

Ref, you and I have only agreed a couple of times on all of the topics in threads we both posted, you I wish you and others would understand the pressures and stress and what it does to a body. Just look at any president, heck I have it on my job that has a lot of traveling, it takes years off of you! I don't see how talking about a females looks, and then without makeup, and to top it all off saying some guy would have to be drunk to be with her?
