Well, here is my opinion of that. I think a lot of it had to do with his dad. For some reason he convinced Bryson his son was a great QB and he would transfer to Ryle, his dad became one of the assistants, maybe he and Bryson were friends or something, but either way Ryle got sold a bill of goods. There are a couple great football players not playing this year because of the politics.

 

I said it earlier and got ripped for it, but I will say it again...Davis is not a QB. Grant county fans were not unhappy at all he went to Ryle. Nothing against the kid, it's not his fault but I think it all has to do with a father thinking his boy is a lot better than he really is at QB position.

Well, they are defeating the purpose of having a "controlled" development program if they award skill positions without open competition. The Morgan kid playing fresman ball looks like he has promise at QB.

I agree. The JV QB last year looked better than Davis. I said the same thing earlier and people on here got upset at me and said I shouldn't trash the kid when I wasn't. I only stated a fact he would be better for the team as a WR or something, but a QB is not a position he is very good at.
