If Leslie wins the WYMT Mountain Classic tonight, then they have to be considered as the top team in the 14th.

I would have to say yes to your question.

 

There are, however, a few teams nipping at their heels.......particularly Lee County and Perry Central. And Hazard, Estill County, JBS, Jackson City, and maybe even Buckhorn are not far behind. It won't be a cakewalk, but right now the Eagles have the best team....if they don't overlook anyone or have an off-night.

I like watching the 14th, don't get me wrong but in statewide competition has any 14th region team this year beaten (or played in close competition)any of the top 25 ranked teams in the state? I haven't heard of any major upsets as of now, that doesn't mean one can't happen but it just has happend yet.
