Really? Dixie beat Conner. Conner has no defense! Cooper beat Holmes 29 to 0. SK beat Holmes 31 to 7 at halftime. If that game kept on it would have been 60 to 7. Holmes scored on a fumble that should have been an incomplete pass.

As I've told you before, SK and Cooper scrimmaged 7 on 7 and although it was just 7 on 7 SK couldn't stop Cooper at all. We scored just about every possesion and most of the time in only 2 plays each series is all it took.

 

Your team is the best in 6A in your district, but far from the best in the area.

 

You do realize we shut Holmes out...in a full game, not just a half. Now next year or the year after you may have an argument, just as you had in years past seeing how this is the first year in school history that we actually have 4 year players in the program.

 

We may not win state, we may not even win our district this year like we did last year, but this is the best team the school has ever had and I believe they are better than SK and not even close this year. Next year may be different, we lose 16 seniors after this year and for a team with only 40 something players, that is a huge hit.

 

But as I've said, I am talking about this year and as long as they keep playing like they are playing then right now I believe they are the 2nd/3rd best team in NKY behind Highlands and possibly Cov Cath.

Going 10-0 is a great accomplishment, it's only week 6.. Going 10-1 is awful..

 

I do not think SK has played enough competition this year to get them ready for 6A play. They are a good team, and it is possible they go 10-0, doubtful, but possible. I do not see them making it past the first or second round of the playoffs. And I think you posted earlier in the thread they will upset X or Trinity this year? That will not happen, Didn't SK scrimmage X pre-season, and it was something like 60-0? And I know what you're going to say "It was a scrimmage, and scrimmages don't matter.." a 60-0 blowout always matters, SK is not up to par with the big Louisville schools.. Nobody in NKY 6A is for that matter.

I am not sure why Ryle is not throwing the ball more? The passing stats on Davis are off versus last year. They have speed and I wish they would utilize it more. Kennedy, Salmen, Hill and Pulice have speed...let's spread it out...still with all of this Ryle is better and beats SK 21-7.

I can't wait for the day or night SK upsets X or the Rocks it just might be this year!

No offense to you, but it will not happen this year, SK is 5-0 and for that you should be proud, but they are not quite in the same league as the big boys.

They have the speed to make it a very potent offense. Nick Kennedy is fun to watch in the open field and if they could get him the ball more they could do some damage on offense.For some reason they are trying to run the Boone Co. style of offense, but they can't do that this year, they don't have Travis E. back there anymore.

Noway Ryle beats SK! Ryle was 0/3 passing their last game! They only managed 235 yards rushing. That will not get you a win against SK! All SK has to do is shut Pulice down which they will and they win!

Ryle plays to many kids both ways to compete with SK!

I hope SK runs the score up on Ryle this year so they know that they are the cupcake on the SK schedule!
