The 1-3 Panthers play host to the 2-1 Pirates on Friday night. Who comes out on top?

Pikeville's too young and lack the depth to stop Belfry. They always play an inspired First Half and I would expect no different, but come the end of the 1st Half and into the 2nd the depth and size of Belfry is usually too tough to stop.

Hall and Estep are fun to watch and as good as any backfield tandem in eastern KY, IMO. The Panthers are just playing up a little too far out of their class to win this one. Belfry will win comfortably, and hopefully both teams will come out of it injury free.

 

Pikeville week used to be such an energy filled week, a must see game in this area, and a bitter rivalry. I hate that it has become a foregone conclusion and just another week.
