Attended this one... I know 2 defensive coordinators that won't sleep a wink tonight. Both teams have a lot to work on there. Perry Central's QB, Austin Pray is a legit athlete. I don't have any stats on this one- I was too busy stuffing my face and reminiscing with old friends to take notes.

Tough loss for the Dawgs, I was hoping you'd pull this one out. Keep up the good work and things will take care of themselves. You have some winable district games ahead.

Perry Co. Central 50, Lawrence Co. 49: The visiting Commodores (1-3) got their first victory of the season in dramatic fashion. The Bulldogs (2-2) gave up an Austin Pray 70-yard punt return for a TD in the fourth that pulled the Commodores within six points following the PAT. Following a stop by the Commodore defense, Pray connected with Robert McClain on an 83-yard TD with 3.4 seconds left in the game that knotted things up at 49-all. The extra point was good.
