September 13, 201214 yr New England vs the hapless Cardinals who will travel across the country and played at 1pm. For sure.
September 13, 201214 yr Took the Bears week 1, going with the Bengals week 2, taking a slight gamble obviously, but want to save the Pats in case I advance.

September 13, 201214 yr I've been thinking about taking a chance with Oakland over Miami. I don't see myself picking them any other week.
September 13, 201214 yr I don't see why you would take any risk this early in the season? Wait till the later weeks to make hard decisions.

September 13, 201214 yr You think there's risk in taking the Bengals? A lot more than taking the Pats. It's not like the Bengals looked good last week.
September 13, 201214 yr A lot more than taking the Pats. It's not like the Bengals looked good last week. Why waste the only team that is pretty much a lock win every single week, when you can get a sure thing with a much lesser team this early?
September 13, 201214 yr Why waste the only team that is pretty much a lock win every single week, when you can get a sure thing with a much lesser team this early? I don't think the Bengals are anywhere near a lock. I'd much rather prefer to take the real lock each week.
September 13, 201214 yr I personally take the risks earlier, sometimes it pays off sometimes it doesn't. The size of the pool you are in can also adjust strategy. If there are fewer people to compete against then I would play it safer, but if there is a large pool of people I like to take risks and set myself up to have some "monster" teams to choose later on.
