addout Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Does anyone have a link to the High School AP Poll?
addout Posted January 11, 2006 Author Posted January 11, 2006 Do they still do one for basketball? There was one published in the Hardcopy version of the Herald just before Christmas! Haven't been able to fine one online though. I normally don't get a hardcopy paper.
Jim Schue Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Doesn't look like they did a poll this week. It isn't on the AP wire.
Les Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I vote on it and it doesn't start back until next week from what I was told.
highschoolsportsfan Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Next week (January 16th) is correct.
Fletch Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 here all you can do is shake your head at this one. South Laurel is still number one although Scott got more first place votes. Barbourville 15th is kind of humerous too. The same link has the girls poll and Notre Dame doesn't make the top 19 but Muhlenberg North, who lost to Notre Dame, is ranked 11th.
Theoldguy Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 State AP Prep Basketball Poll It makes even less sense since they gave number four rated Louisville Manual their only loss of the season on a netural floor no less. I just wonder what does NDA need to do to get rated better.
colfan80 Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Would anyone consider the Lexington Catholic girls team good enough to receive some sort of vote from the boys' poll? Just a thought.
Theoldguy Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Would anyone consider the Lexington Catholic girls team good enough to receive some sort of vote from the boys' poll? Just a thought. While LexCath girs are very, very good, I really don't think they would stand up to many of the good boys teams. I am really looking forward to LexCath coming up to Northern Kentucky when they play the Pandas on Jan. 26. Should be a very good game, and I really wouldn't be surprised that the Pandas give the Lady Knights a big :scared: that night.
