Finally getting started after the first game went longer than expected. Knox Central scores on the 2nd play from scrimmage to open the game on a 70 yard Jeffrey Canady run. PAT no good.

Johnson Central 0

Johnson Central has little trouble moving on their first pocession and now lead 8-6.

Knox Central fumbles the kick off. JC has it on the 25.

Johnson Central runs it in from the 7. PAT run is good. 16-6. This is not the defensive battle I expected so far.

40 yard run by Canady. PAT again no good. JC leads 16-12. In the prediction thread I said this would be a low scoring game. Shows what I know.

Finally a stop. Johnson Central punts, KC takes over on the 33.

1st quarter goes by quickly. KC with the ball, 3rd and 3.

 

After one quarter, Johnson Central 16 Knox Central 12

Knox Central turns it over on downs somewhere in the red zone. These radio guys I'm listening to are sort of hard to follow.

Johnson Central fumbles at the 47, KC takes over.

Canady scores his third TD of the game on a three yard run. Run failed again.

At the half, Knox Central 18 Johnson Central 16

Close game so far on a neutral field. KC has got to correct their PAT problems to be a really good team.
