Hubby had lunch with him yesterday. A group of them are thinking they may get a bus and a big group come to the game.

Here's my only thing. If everyone waits to come at 6:30 on Saturday and there are 2500 people for instance, you will have to stand in line because there are only 2 entries into the gym for the general public and there isn't an outside ticket booth. I just worry that there maybe a long line in 45 degree weather. If you get them early, you can walk right in to the ticket takers, get your hand stamped if you need to exit and return.

 

So, to be sure, I don't think early purchase is a bad idea goldie.

Just let me know how I purchase them early and I will do that.

You can get them at the high school, Ponderosa elementary, Borders Sporting Goods and Area Advertising. Next year we will have a method hopefully to buy them online then you can print them at home. You coming for Friday and Saturday? Or just Saturday?

Just Saturday. We have our rival game with Montgomery Co on Friday night. Double header with boys and girls.

Boyd County basketball tourney has national feel - The Herald Dispatch

Johnson Central's Shane Hall, who got a scholarship offer from Tennessee a couple of weeks ago, may not play in the Boyd County Roundball Classic on Saturday. Brad Hall, Shane's dad, said his son's ankle is still bothering him and it's doubtful he'll play against Portsmouth, Ohio. Hall also has scholarship offers from Butler, Indiana State, Miami of Ohio, Morehead State, Northern Kentucky and Alabama-Birmingham.

He played in the 2nd half their game this week. With all of those coaches in attendance and a full house, I'd be very surprised if he doesn't play.
