It's not like it is a huge deal, just show what you know to bring to justice the ones responsible for the border patrol agent. June 22, 201214 yr I heard an attorney say today that there is a fair amount of history with contempt charges. She said history says that the grand jury will not bring criminal charges because the federal attorney will go with "executive privilege and at that point it will go to a civil court case.

June 22, 201214 yr OK, so how does the administration put documents under lock and key via executive privilege for something that the administration originally said it had no knowledge of and was a rogue field operation? This action itself is damning. Its like saying we are going create a black hole of information. But you can still 'see' the black hole by the external events it affects.
