May 27, 201214 yr Stanton hit 34 homers at age 21. Bruce was three years older when he hit the 30 mark, and Stanton did it in a less hitter-friendly ballpark. Stanton's OPS is roughly 100 points higher than those of Bruce at the same age ... again, in a tougher hitting environment. He isn't Bruce. He's potentially much, much better than Bruce. His home splits are better than his road splits. Someone better tell him it's easier to hit on the road. On the other end of the spectrum Bruce's numbers are very GABP heavy. I guess you are right, he's better than Bruce.

May 29, 201214 yr Over his career, Stanton has been better on the road. His rookie year really set him back but his past two seasons he's been better in Miami Gardens/Miami.
