Should the Lakers clean house?

First and foremost, move Gasol. I'm so sick of him getting soft in the playoffs. He's such a....wuss. :thumb: Lowry and Scola would be plenty. I agree with people saying they're sick of the way Bynum approaches the game. It's exhausting. You don't know when he's going to show up, that's not what they need. If Howard is happy going to LA, I think he would benefit mentally from it and progress back to the dominant player he once was. If they can't get Howard, I think you need to trade for someone like Paul George, Andre Igoudala, Gerald Wallace...not sure who to trade for those guys but Kobe can't do it by himself anymore. I'd give Mike Brown another year or two. Van Gundy is a solid head coach, but I don't think Brown had a ton to do with the Lakers losing the last series. They just were not the better team.

Josh Smith may be available via trade

Just imagine the look on Kobe's face when Smith takes one of his classic 20 footers.
