Looking at the forecast I doubt this one is played.

No...as stated earlier their second pitcher Butts pitched for St. Henry. Salzer did not pitch but played 3B. She is pitching against Walton tomorrow.

 

I would agree with some of Lawnboy's comments, however he fails to allow for the fact that there were several very hard hit balls by St. Henry for extra bases, (besides the HR) that went along with the dropped fly balls by HH. As I said HH looked very good and should be able to hang in with any of the top 4-5 teams in the 9th region.

 

Like I said earlier st h hit the ball hard tonight all over the place. No excuse from HHS land tonight we may have dropped some routine fly balls but they have to learn how to catch those. Our young left fielder missed one the lead to st h scoring 3 runs but in the 7th with Hollingsworth on 3rd and 2 outs she had a huge single to tie the game. That was awesome to see girls making mistakes in field and not letting it get in there heads when they come to the plate. Should be a fun season for both teams.

Yes Kirkwood was very happy and excited as well she should have been.
