Put prisoners to work on farms doing the work the illegal immigrants do, but now for free. Should help economy and farmers by lowering price of food.

How is having prisoners work on farms going to protect ourselves? That would put the general population at risk by giving them chances to escape. I know some get work detail now, but if you're going to replace all the illegal people working on farms you're going to have a ton of prisoners out working. That's just not a safe environment...

Armed guards or armed military guards. No violent offenders would be used. It wont protect us, but it will allow someone beside illegal immigrants from being in our country we now have to guard becasue we are only here.

As for the Statue of Liberty quote. Maybe good for 1886, not now.

We already have plenty of tired and lazy people.

We for sure have plenty of poor people. Don't need anymore.

As for huddled masses, we are also over populated and don't have enough jobs as it is for our own.
