I don't think you can compare.

Coach Schneider coached football for 81 year? That would make him a little over 100 years old wouldn't it? I imagine he would like to think he is not that old.

I haven't been on much lately but just wanted to wish Coach Dawn well. He has done a fabulous job in whatever job he has done. Good Luck in a well deserved retirement. I know he will continue to serve us in his role on the KHSAA Board of Control where he will continue to deliver the Private School voice. :clap:

Congratulations on an outstanding career as both a player and a coach at NCC. I hope Coach Dawn enjoys whatever the future has in store for him.

I feel Coach Stoll will do a good job. He has coached JV and I am sure there have been disappointed parents and players. My experience with NCC is they play to win. No politics involved. They put the 5 best on the floor that will get the job done. I have heard a couple parents complain of favortism but I personally havent encountered it. They complain St Joes and St Therese girls play over all the others. If your good and hustle you will play regardless what school you came from.

 

There are a couple of reasons for that. First, the quality of the grade school coaches from said schools is better (IMO) and secondly, most of the girls from said schools play AAU or Select and that makes a BIG difference. Their was ONLY ONE GIRL on last years entire girls roster FR, JV, & VAR (besides 2 transfers) that went to grade school somewhere other then St. Joe's or St. Therese, and that was Stephanie Lewis from Holy Trinity who started JV and got plenty of Varsity minutes. By the way, she has played for the Diamonds AAU program for years.
