Sorry Cardinal fans, but Belfry has the better team at this point in the season from top to bottom. Dials is a nice breakaway runner. Hensley guided the team well. Good luck the rest of the way. As for my Dawgs, we could have won that game last night. Boone had a good night. Only one drive did he just miss some passes. There were too many dropped balls. I don't kmow what the coaches see in practise, but they are playing alot of guys out of position. Bad snaps, line penalties, lineman getting getting shoved around.

I have to disagree with you here. These are premium players, and baseball is their primary sport. There were several all star combines they needed tp participate in. I think they are doing the football team a favor.

I bought a pontoon boat that I keep on Yatesville Lake. It has been the best investment I have ever made. My wife likes it more than me.

He will be quarterback when he proves he can do it at the varsity level. Most of his success has come when the game is out of reach, though he has looked good in jv and freshmen action. I am going to stick with Boone till he proves he can't do it.

We have had that situation down here, but it is nothing official, the players choose to specialize, BUT three very good baseball players have come out for football just this week and will be suiting up for the first time against Sheldon Clark. I hope they stay healthy............

He won mvp of 57th district baseball tournament as an 8th grader. In JV game Monday I believe he threw for 3 touchdowns and ran one in.

PCC was one one of only two games we won last year. How good can they be? Just Kidding! Go Hornets.

What about the "non skill" players. My son is a lineman and his only complaint about football is that he can be perfect at blocking and tackling and no one seems to know or care. When the back gets a big gain it's all about the back. When the back gets tackled in the backfield, its all the lineman's fault.

This is going to be one of the best games of the evening. Two local teams going at it with the backdrop of Septemberfest. Should be a great crowd. As for the game, SC will be tough. LC has to bounce back from the Belfry game and play hard with some spirit from the get go. This one will come down to the wire with the DAWGS earning their first win in a hard fought game.
