Coach Sammons and his staff have spoken to all "able-bodied" students who do not currently play on the football team. A couple of players were present during Spring Football such as Ryan Adkins and Michael Gullett -- who had never played football at GCHS. Reed, Greenslate, Stringfellow, etc. are all welcomed and encouraged to play football, especially with the Tony Franklin System.

J-R, would you say that one of the keys to defeating Russell was holding Russell's offense to a limited number of points, first downs, and time of possession -- except for the Simon Kenton game?
