The entire 50th district is tough. Pitching for every team can be a nightmare to any opposing team. Corbin has Hedrick and Hamblin, South has Smith and Martin, Whitley with McCumbers and Clifford, and Williamsburg with Witt and Shelley. Not too many districts in the 13th shape up like the 50th

Harlan beat Williamsburg the first time the two teams played 5-3 giving Shelley his only loss of the season, but the Jackets have been beating some good teams lately. Who do you think both teams will throw and Who's going to pull this one off?

Baseball's a funny sport, anyone can be beat on any given night, you can't count anybody out.

Williamsburg can be a force with two pitchers in Shelley and Witt that know how to throw the ball. Its defence that will hurt W'burg in the long run, but seem to be improving on that. Whitley is a team that will surprise you. Even after losing 7 starters last year coach smith has found a way to compete in a tough district
