I've read that Lafayette on the girls side and Gallatin Co. on the boys side both won their tournaments in Phoenix. Has anyone heard if anyone else won out of state tournaments over the holiday season?

Is it just me or do I see alot of independent and private schools on everyones list.

Must have been a fun game to watch. Is Frankfort weak this year or did Owen just play well?

Looking at Scottsdale's web site I see that they were the 2A state champs for Az. in 2004 and again in 2005. Looks like another good win for Coach Jones and team.

The Cats started the season winning big. Had a problem or two that they had to work through but since then and with the addition of Nate they are looking better each game. This team can go 10 -12 deep with not much drop off. Coach Jones has done a super job of getting them to work toghether as a team.

Gallatin led from the start, and never was really challeged. Perkins, who scored 25 in the first contest only took 3 shoots tonight. Complete team effort from start to finish. Not for sure but Gallatin probably had as many assist as they did turnovers.

Another good win for the Cats. Didn't all the teams in Gallatin's pool win their final game? Hats off to coach Jones and the Cats from Gallatin, another team effort.
