The lineup PC had out there at the end of the 2nd quarter didn't lend itself to showing the full capablity. When the big guys got in foul trouble and PC had to go DEEP into the bench, the result was predictable. The other three quarters were fairly even. With that said, though, SL is THE team to beat this year in the Commonwealth without question.

Having those guys in foul trouble hurt Pendleton BADLY but I'm pretty sure it did not have an outcome of the game. It was a very frustrating span in the 2nd quarter though and the bogus call on Belcher in the third quarter. Hopefully there will be a rematch in Rupp and the Cats can get the outcome to go the other way. I'd trade the loss tonight for the win later in the season. Congrats to the Cards tonight. On another note I thought the Pendleton turnout was pretty good...pretty decent atmosphere tonight.

You think South Laurel remembers last years game? Think they won't be ready to avenge it on their home court? I look for a fired up South Laurel team to try and take it to Pendleton County and with homecourt who knows. BUT, with that said this Pendleton County bunch is nothing if not an intelligent, poised basketball team. There will be several Pendleton fans down there to support them...I look for a good one. My bias prevents me from picking Pendleton to lose. I'll say Pendleton by 2 in an instant classic. Will the gym be packed for this one?

Just got back from the game. The Cats looked outstanding, they jumped on Miami Senior early and did a great job of closing the game out. Big props to Jeff Gibson who came up with a big effort after Kane got into foul trouble in the first half. This Pendleton County team is so far exceeding everyones expectations but their own.
