I think the Colonels can hang tough in this game. Dixie beat DeSales, who beat South Laurel, so theoretically Dixie should have a chance because Scott County is ranked lower than South Laurel. Honestly, it will be 79-64, Scott County.
Kevin Lubrano from Dixie is having a solid season. I am not sure of his stats, but he has been putting up some impressive numbers recently. Are juniors allowed to receive this award?
What time might the doors shut for this one? I like Highlands.... 58-50. Covcath may be the better team in the end, but from what I've seen they aren't right now.
I don't think it's that much more likely that someone will get hurt playing 3 or 4 games in a row.... plus that is how it will be in the region/state tournaments so teams need to have some experience with it if they want to have a shot in those....
What are your thoughts for this Monday nighter? The Bluebirds will be tough to beat in Fort Thomas, but something makes me think Dixie will pull it out. Dixie wins, 58-53.
There are not any glaring matchup problems for the Colonels in this game, so I will take Dixie at home, 67-57. Dixie should be able to get the ball inside more instead of relying on three pointers.
