  1. I get it but home much of it could be the WRs not getting open?

There is no doubt, Touchdown Terry Wilson is holding and not passing the football. So here is what happens when you have a quarterback who does not get the ball "out".

Passing plays are designed for the receivers to run crisp, quick routes, and for the quarterback to make a quick decision as to who to throw the ball to. Because Terry Wilson NEVER throws the football "on time", the wide receivers quit running crisp, quick routes because they don't ever get the ball passed to them. Typically, Terry Wilson watches the rushers instead of scanning the field for his receivers, and then improvises and scrambles to extend a play and hopefully, find an open receiver.

The whole passing game is in disarray because of the quarterbacks inability to make quick decisions with the football. We need a fix because a team must be balanced to win toughly contested football games.

  2. Got to be honest, I am worried abut this offense. Trying so hard to establish a passing game that we have forgotten our strength.

True, but they have to have a productive passing game to have the season they are wanting to have.

As good as Touchdown Terry looked at Florida, he was equally inept at Texas A & M. A very poor performance in all facets of the quarterback position.

  3. Asheville, North Carolina is one beautiful city. Have a blast!@

Most of my time in Asheville has been related to eating, drinking, and playing golf so all of those might not work well with your son along on your trip.

Definitely the Biltmore tour. I have been on it 4-5 times and enjoy it more each time. An amazing estate.

Mount Mitchell is the highest peak east of the Mississippi River. It is shocking at how far you can see and how beautiful it is way up there.

I don't fly fish, but there are great spots for that near Asheville. I have done a zip line there and it was a lot of fun.

It's a pretty time of year to go as long as you don't get any rain.

  4. This is as good as it gets for Stoops. Senior laden team, best RB in school history, multiple NFL draft picks including a first rounder. If you can’t go all in on this team, then the ghosts of KY football has stolen your cards.

I love the way Benny Snell plays, but the best running back in school history might be a little too strong.

  5. I’ve heard a bunch of differing reports on this story. Including one that says Heil didn’t ever veer off the road and on to the sidewalk. I’m not sure what we do and don’t know right now.

This story is what I am hearing now.

They have shut down that area of Cooper Drive a couple of times this week as part of their investigation. The Lexington police have asked multiple times for any eyewitnesses to come forward with information.

This story is ripping my heart out.

  6. Can't tell how this was intended to read. When I first saw it, I thought it implied these were both for the same product, which they're not. Then I thought maybe you had just grouped the two brands together, since they do share a commonality.

My error. They were not intended to be grouped together.

They are two different coffee makers

  7. This is going to be fun. My goal is to stump the young BluegrassPrepsters (and maybe some of us older ones as well) with these old jingles:

Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickels, onions, on a sesame seed bun.

_______ tastes good, like a cigarette should. (banned from airways in 1972)

The best part of waking up, is _____ in your cup. or Good to the last drop.

Who can you call on for better insurance? Who can you call, ________. Who can you count on for blanket protection, and know that you'll find piece of mind? Call the man, from ______, he's on your side.

Like a good neighbor, _____ is there.

Get a piece of the rock.

I am stuck on ________, 'cause ______ stuck on me.

Plop plop, fizz fizz, oh what a relief it is.

Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, ....................

  8. The little boy, Marco Lee Shemwell, died on Monday afternoon at Kentucky Children's Hospital.

Thanks for all the prayers. The family really needs them now.

    Yes they do. :(

This is story is so sad on so many levels. The Shemwell family loses their precious little four year old, and Jacob Heil and family probably suffer the remainder of their lives.

Poor choices often have major consequences.

  9. There is a little case history here. In the Fall of 2003, Trinity and Brian Brohm started the year losing their first four and won the state championship.

    Does anyone remember?
