  1. Because people love to hate Miami. They are without a doubt the most hated program in the history of college football. It's always good to have a team everyone loves to hate.

I don't think that makes them any more important.

I think you will see Miami less "hated" under the direction of Mark Richt. It is hard to hate anything about that man.

  2. When we were up ten, we ran three straight times. Johnson did not have a chance to be bad on that drive. We don't pass on first down, either. I believe that is Gran.[/quote

There is nothing wrong with running it three straight times against one of the poorest run defenses in the country. The problem was, they didn’t block those plays well.

  3. Wow.. tough night for OSU and UK fans. UK can’t lose to a team without a QB, a coach and probation bound. OSU can’t get clocked by Iowa. I’m gonna go get a refill now.

Ole Miss is NOT without a quarterback. This kid is outstanding! Great skill set.

  4. A very entertaining World Series and good for the Astros.

I was thinking this morning, how many millions of dollars were lost by Yu Darvish in this World Series. He is a free agent and had pitched masterfully when he came to the Dodgers back in the summer. His two starts in the World Series were abysmal.

I would say the difference in what he gets offered in free agency versus what he could have been offered had he pitched in the series as well as he had for the Dodgers during the regular season might be tens of millions.

  5. There has never been a more talented QB in the history of the world. The things Rodgers does with a football is unparalleled. Brady, Montana, Manning, etc. may have more accomplishments when all is said and done, but based on pure talent, nobody touches Rodgers.

    Spot on!

I have been saying this for several years now. His natural ability to play the position of quarterback, is next to none......EVER!

  6. I've never played it, but I hear Idle Hour CC in Lexington is unreal.

From the tips, Idle Hour Country Club and their Ross tees is a beast. It's about 7000 yards with a par of 70.

Idle Hour is always immaculate and they can get their greens rolling super fast. It is a country club atmosphere through and through.

  7. Multiple times actually.

Very good course, but would rather play the 5 listed. I'm a fan of Keene Run as well.

I love Hurstbourne Country Club and when they have those greens running fast, it is a real challenge. I have not played Lassing Point nor Paducah CC, but I can't imagine them being a better test of golf than Champions.

Lexington Country Club is in fantastic condition, and is a great country club, but I still rank Champions higher.

Olde Stone should be in any top five in Kentucky.

Champions and Keene Run are both part of the same club. Two courses. Not a fan of Keene Run, but I play it fairly often.

  8. I loved the decision, even though it did not pan out.

Any football coach, when given the opportunity to gain three yards on a play to win a football game, who wouldn't take the shot, should probably not be a football coach.

Especially considering the way they were gashing Tennessee on every series.

  9. I have a 2005. Love the truck but have been surprised at how terrible the gas mileage is. Even on the high way it's awful.

I was looking to buy a 2005 or 2006 Toyota Tundra. I didn't want a big old truck that sat so high like the newer ones. I liked the body profile of the older Tundras.

I couldn't find the one I wanted, so I bought a 2017 Honda Ridgeline instead. I didn't realize the fuel efficiency of the older Tundras was so poor. My Ridgeline gets 19 city/26 highway.

I wanted to pay a lot less for the pickup, but I am very pleased.
