No, Davis did start all games his sophmore year at linebacker beside Ben Robinette.

Lets see, On Defense there was Smith, Cordial, Stafford, Runnels, Cannoy, Gurule, Reliford. On Offense there was Riggs, Brislin, Holbrook, Reliford, Gurule, Cannoy(part time)

Mahan was very inconsistent this season on the jv team. He has a strong arm and that is a good starting point, but i think he needs to study and learn the position better. He has potential to start next year and be good player, but he needs to work hard in the offseason like Ian did going into his Junior year.

One person i think will step up is Jeremy Nethercutt. He is a big, strong kid, and played well when he got to play at Defensive End this year. We lose both of our starters Joe Smith and Aaron Cordial, and i don't think we'll miss a beat at wherever Nethercutt fills in.

I actually think Drew is a better receiver than a quarterback, his arm strength is a little questionable. But being a receiver hes a big target with great hands, he can run after the catch.

First off i would like to congratulate the Rockcastle County Rockets on a great win at Ashland. They dominated up front and in all parts of the game, they are one dandy of a football team. I will be pulling for Rockcastle the rest of the way, they are a good football team and i wish them the best!

I think Ashlands team will be decent this year. Most of the wrestlers last year were beginners and now have a year of experience under their belts. I think they will be much improved. And I believe they have a new 160 from Chicago, havent seen him wrestle but he's a pretty good size.

I agree about Putnams locker rooms and Pressbox, they do need some remodeling.

Should a high school player try and promote themselves by sending colleges films of them or clippings or should they let their high school coach and the colleges do the work?
