I disagree. There are those incapable of expressing themselves in a clear and concise manner using the written word. They are not sufficiently education to do so. Is a poster uneducated or simply unwilling to use care and discipline in composing their posts? You should be able to read a post to determine which is the case. I usually have no difficulty in doing so. Please take a long hard look at a poster before applying your rules for correct grammer and punctuation. Thanks for listening, I had express my opinion.
