Middlesboro will stay close. Winner may be a toss up if weather (heat and/or rain) has any place in the game. Injuries also play a part due to weather. We will see what team takes the field for both sides.. The Jackets, should be able, if they come to play as a TEAM, to hold their own. Middlesboro had some great plays and some not so great. Need to work on the errors. Cumberland did well in the second half with ball control. They moved the ball well in short gains but did score. Look forward to next week and the Middlesboro's next game.

End of first Half. Good first half for Middlesboro. There have been some errors. However the scoring has been good for the Jackets. Earls took the first carry for Middlesboro and runs the field for a touchtown. Other scores are good but CG Ford took the ball 102 yards on a Cumberland pass that he had an interception in the end zone, all the way for a touchdown.. Could this be a record.

Tonights scrimmage will be made up of two 20 min halfs. I will not be posting a play by play, however I will try and do the game next Friday.
