Can the Yellow Jackets keep it close ,Or will the much more deeper/bigger Central Bobcats wear the Jackets down and pull away with the W??

 

 

Central came into this bowl game last season and Bell County gave them all they wanted ,Last season Central was LOADED with returning starters and a bunch of talented seniors but this year Central only returns 7 TOTAL starters (3 offense, 4 defense)

 

The Bobcats' offense lost a lot at the skill positions but year after year Central is loaded with very good athletes.

 

Middlesboro on the other hand only lost 2 starters (1 OL/1 LB) and they return all there skill position players.

 

Should be a tight game and IMO the 4th Quarter will decide this ball game.

Knoxville Central 35-13

Being from Knoxville, Central has a ton of replacing to do. The head coach almost "graduated" with his senior class last season. From what I understand the players had to talk him into coming back. With that being said, Central typically reloads and I expect they will be a good team again this year. I know Middlesboro is experienced and has decent speed, but will they have enough to compete with Central's overall team speed. Central always seems to step up with the fastest players in the KFL. Remeber also, Central plays Maryville in district play and its always a dogfight. Not sure who will win, but fans should have a great treat in this one!

Middlesboro will stay close. Winner may be a toss up if weather (heat and/or rain) has any place in the game. Injuries also play a part due to weather. We will see what team takes the field for both sides.. The Jackets, should be able, if they come to play as a TEAM, to hold their own. Central could do well but if they are in a rebuilding year it might just need all they have to come out on top. GO JACKET TEAM.
