  1. Halfway to that 14 for that magic total for a State Championship.
  2. Rebels will lose this game IMO. Douglas has too many athletes.. I think The qb will struggle to make throws down the stretch and the run game for Boyle will be neutralized by the speed of Douglas.. Where did I say that?
  3. Thinking about the game, when was the last time Boyle came into a game as the underdog? I'd think you would have to go back to November 11th., 2016 at Louisville Central. Boyle has their work cut out for them to pull this game out. No matter what happens in this game, win or lose, it's not the big picture of a State Championship. IMO Boyle still will have home field through out the playoffs as a #1 or #2 seed regardless. Most importantly just get through tomorrow night without any injuries and get ready for the season that really matters starting next week. Go Rebels!

  5. I've never done this bad in any of the BGP contest. Might as well just have my dog make my picks. Can't do any worse.
  6. I'll go ahead and say it. I stayed at a Holiday Inn express this week. Boyle will win the game.
  7. Running clock! Boyle up 42-6 with 2:35 left in the 2Q.
  8. Have to rank the Ultra Bourbon Chase on one of my most accomplished race I’ve ever done and would place it right there with the Disney Marathon.

  10. You can do either. With Makers under construction changed the course some. If we did the 3 runs my first one would have been 20 miles with 2 more to go. We decided to do 6 shorter ones instead of 3 long runs. Only draw back is less down time.
  11. I've done 7 Bourbon Chase's on a 12 person team but 2021 will be twice as hard on a 6 person team doing the 200 mile relay. Double the miles and half the down time between runs. Thinking this is going to be harder than my Marathons. I'll have 6 different runs totaling over 34 miles through out the Bourbon Trail. My first run in Washington County will be 12.2 miles of nothing but hills on Loretto and Johnson Road real close to Makers Mark. I've trained hard with over 300 miles the past 2 months and down to 167.4lbs. Back in 2010 I was 310lbs. Looking forward to check the 6 man Ultra off my bucket list.

  13. Took me a little while to find it. I knew there was a thread in the vault somewhere.
  14. It was mainly around 4 to 5 originally. They did have fill ins from time to time but mainly it was the originals. Each had 2 jugs and the story I was told it was top secret as to how many pennies the lead jugger placed in each jug to get that one of a kind sound. As years went by they slowly left and fizzled out as time went by. They had Black and Gold top hats (Cat in the hat liked) and would be the first ones in the stands away or home to get good seats. They where at the Pikeville game in 1999 and Paducah Tilghman in 2001. Where ever the Rebels where the Juggers where there also.
  15. You're talking about Mr. Hughes who worked at Kroger. I'm thinking he started doing the chant around early 2000's after the juggers.
