Just Curious . Ncc has had one since the merger with OLPA in '84 . Before that OLPA had it . Same coach since then too !

The majority is not always right, but in a democracy, majority rules. Whats so hard to figure out about that?

If you avoid playing volleyball on Friday nights all year long why play the state championship on a football Friday when 50% of the teams have Senior nights and there are many important district games to decide playoff participants or seedings?

Shouldn't be any complaining here girls sports are just as important as boys sports and after all this is the state championship volleyball tournament . Don't be so misogysistic . Long live Title IX .:flame:

Looks like Assumption has beaten Sacred Heart 3 times so far this year .

Assumption hasn't won the 7th yet as they have to play Sacred Heart tomorrow , but I wouldn't bet against them.

NCC wins the 10th region in 2 over a very good Campbell Co. team 25-11, 25-18 . Comments ?

Forming Club teams is definately the way to go. The girls have to practically play year round to show a marked improvment .

They are not your average sophomores.

After watching last nights matches I'd say that its going to be the Camels and the Breds for the championship on Wednesday .

On the Khsaa web site it shows that Ncc drew Brossart, Campbell Co drew Highlands , Montgomery Co drew Deming ,and Braken Co. drew Bourbon Co .

I am not sure of the game stats . I'll have to ask my daughter when she wakes up . She is one of their assistant coaches.

NCC defeated Ryle tonight on the hill . 25-20 ,25-11. An impressive win for the young Breds .

The NCC , Campbell Co game was very exciting , and I'm an NCC supporter my daughter played there and now is an assistant coach there .BUT !!! The NCC student body was very annoying last night . Especially during the varsity game . I know that the first dance of the year was held in the upper parking lot after the game, but that is no excuse for the constant parade from outside to inside to outside etc. . It wouldn't have been so bad if it was 5 or 6 kids at a time but it was 50 or 60 walking in and out in a contant stream . It was a massive game of follow the leader . It had to be very distracting to both teams .

I believe that at NCC it is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 students, But most students have an opportunity to purchase an all sports activity pass . And at NCC you also get a free pass to the sauna during the early season games which is a plus if you want to lose some weight without much effort .
