So my take on everything is this. For the past two seasons, Catholic built there offense around 1 person. Their QB! We had receivers with Carrico, Crowe,and Ebelhar. But the offense was built around Atwell. Bowling green the past few years have had a star at QB. But he too had a great corp surrounding him. This year BG centered their offense around one person. He gets injured and from his uncle it’s a sprained elbow. Not a dislocation. IMO you can’t win championships around 1 person. Just my take on the whole issue.

So everyone keeps talking about who BG was missing and game could have been this or that!! Just for informational purposes, Catholic was without: Cam James- #1 starting receiver and starting free safety Barrett Evans-starting defensive tackle for past 2 years . So yes both teams were without some of their best players. I don’t think BG is ever down. They reload. This was a great win against a team that has some of best players in and out every year.
