Bishop Brossart’s defensive coordinator, Ed Smart, (head coach at Grayson Co for many years) will have the Brossart defense ready. Don’t know much about either team, but I do know he can coach some football and his kids will play hard and disciplined.

Breck was missing their senior, center Kayleigh Huffines (11 ppg, 7 rpg) vs Highlands. I think Green for Highlands had 20 that day. We had no answer for her with Huffines out. As far as the Assumption game goes, we limited them to one shot and they couldn’t stay in front of Elizabeth Grimes. Grimes has had a great year but Breck has 6 solid players who all play their role to perfection. Breck vs. Assumption was a fun game to watch. 2 really good teams.
