Same-sex Marriage Protected By Constitution, Says Court

I am to the right side of the spectrum. On a scale of 0 to 100 where a 0 is the extreme left and a 100 is the extreme right, I am at a 99. Do you have friends at the 99th percentile of conservatism? -
Total Credit Market Debt as a Percent of GDP Neither has helped our country. Total credit market debt to GDP is where to focus. The bubble is getting reinflated and we will have an even bigger collapse when the next President takes over.

Mine are on topic. Yours represent disconnected passages from the Old Testament. Jesus came to fulfill the law, not to abolish it. We are saved by His Grace in the New Testament. -

Maybe we should get rid of laws against murders and theft since these are in the 10 Commandments, too. -

Supreme Court's Gay Marriage Ruling Will Have Unintended Consequences - US News This Is Only the Beginning The Supreme Court's decision legalizing gay marriage nationwide presents a threat to religious liberty. Is an individual house of worship a public accommodation? Suppose a same-sex couple seeks to rent a church – for the sake of argument, let's say New York's storied St. Patrick's Cathedral – for a wedding ceremony because they like the venue. And suppose further that the church refuses because it would be an affront to God to allow it. Whose rights matter more in that case? -

This is not entirely correct. It is not a sin to be gay, but the Catholic Church expects you to repent and pray towards reconciliation. Homosexuality | Catholic Answers Every human being is called to receive a gift of divine sonship, to become a child of God by grace. However, to receive this gift, we must reject sin, including homosexual behavior—that is, acts intended to arouse or stimulate a sexual response regarding a person of the same sex. The Catholic Church teaches that such acts are always violations of divine and natural law. Homosexual desires, however, are not in themselves sinful. People are subject to a wide variety of sinful desires over which they have little direct control, but these do not become sinful until a person acts upon them, either by acting out the desire or by encouraging the desire and deliberately engaging in fantasies about acting it out. People tempted by homosexual desires, like people tempted by improper heterosexual desires, are not sinning until they act upon those desires in some manner. -

Gay marriage: Why Supreme Court got it wrong | Fox News Skip to the last paragraph for the most important statement from Dr. Robert Jeffress. While Friday’s decision by the Supreme Court is tragic, it is ultimately irrelevant. Regardless of what the Supreme Court justices declared Friday, the Judge of all of the universe has already issued His decision: marriage should be reserved for one man and one woman. And there is no appealing that verdict. -

My final comment. Revolution is coming in this country from the 1/4 of the US population that are Evangelical Christians. I like our 1:3 odds against us though. -
