I agree, I saw it from the Conner side and thought that a tag was never applied. Just wanted to hear other's thoughts.

What are people's thoughts on the play at home when Beechwood's guy was called safe, many Conner people thought he was out?

I disagree, although I thought he had a good game but he definitely missed some opportunities to throw some runners out. He had three that I remember that the throw down second was off. He has a cannon on him but was just off target a couple of times.

Thank you for the correction. I did indeed get my years mixed up. I was on the early years of the rebuilding of Tiger baseball. That 06 team were freshmen my senior year. I believe a couple of them got some varsity time as freshmen. I know there has been a lot of talk about Tiger baseball this year, just wanted to get some opinions about this years team compared to past years teams. Thanks for the info.

Momentum was definitely on their side. I personally thought Conner was going to tie it up to force extra innings.

Is this 2016 team better than the 2004 state runner-up team? I don't know much about the 2016 team but watched some of the 2004 team as underclassmen (played with most of them). I think the 2004 team was better coached but don't think they have the talent that this year's team has. Just my opinion, wanting to see other thoughts.

Yes she is. She took on many jobs there and will be missed by many.

I believe Coach Hart is 78-22 over the past 5 or 6 seasons.

My step-father was a sophomore on this team. As a kid, I used to love hearing about the stories from this time. He had some great memorabilia from that win. The posters and pictures were awesome. I still enjoy seeing posters from that team. Brings back good memories to see somebody so close to me be part of something so great.

The U16 team has been playing together for a long time. Great group of kids. I believe that they are the only local team (including Cincinnati and NKY) to have came that close to winning a national title. They head down to Texas next month for they National tournament. They have also lost another kid to a team out of Lexington. Good luck NORSE!
