Don't know why anyone on either side is getting bent out of shape over this or any other thread. I actually enjoy the dialog between people on BGP. I love seeing people passionate about girls basketball in general

From now on i will just post the Lady Dawgs first half scores since we are accused of running up the score

our girls put up 63 in the first half and only 16 the second half. What reason would account for the decline in scoring other then our reserves playing the second half?

As u can see by the box score Holmes Led 62-18 at halftime. so u can pretty much conclude the starters only played the first half

If u haven't been pulling for the girls then no need to start now. We have been doing just fine with the support of our Parents, student, and staff.

Every team they have faced makes me feel like that. With the exception of 2 games none have been close. Are u telling me this is because Holmes has not played any quality teams? I refuse to believe that Holmes SOS is that terrible that none of the teams were quality

Holmes has already proven the can play two different styles. Slowed down half court set (Boone and GRC) and fast pace up and down. ( everyone else they played) These girls are no one trick pony

Don't know much about this years Highlands team, but I know A lot about this Holmes team. A much better Lady Bulldogs team with the addition of Tubbs , Mays and Johnson and 4 returning starters. Won by 1 over Highlands last year on a last second 3 by Harris. This team is far superior then last years team. The strengths of this team that I don't think Highland will be able to over come are defensive pressure and depth. Quick subs allow Holmes to get after the ball for the duration of the game. Also perimeter shooting is much improved from last years team.
